Rex Anderson Jr., MD


President, Cenegenics Dallas-Fort Worth

Dr. Anderson received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. After a mixed medicine internship, he completed a residency program in neurology at the University Of Utah College Of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah. Afterward, he spent two years in the armed forces and then established a neurology practice.

Throughout his 30 years of neurological practice, Dr. Anderson witnessed a large variety of acute neurological and chronic degenerative diseases. He realized the best treatment was prevention. Taking a proactive approach, he founded the NeuroMedical Institute for Age Management in Dallas, focusing on preventing degenerative diseases before they occur.

After completing Physician Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine, Dr. Anderson became a Cenegenics physician affiliate, because of their extensive experience in age management medicine, evidence-based approach, continued education emphasis as well as their strong insistence on medical excellence and quality patient care. In 2008, he partnered with Cenegenics to establish a progressive-edge medical center, Cenegenics Dallas-Fort Worth.


President, Cenegenics Boston

Dr. Boman earned a B.A. in Biochemistry at Vassar College cum laude, and received his M.D. at SUNY/Buffalo Medical School with a special interest in nutrition and cardiac physiology. He was appointed Chief Resident at SUNY Buffalo/Millard Fillmore Hospitals, where he completed a five-year general surgery residency with special concentration in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.

Dr. Boman has been board certified in general surgery by the American College of Surgeons, 1983-2013. His surgical career spanned over 25 years, the majority in private practice general surgery in Massachusetts, including abdominal surgery, critical care, trauma, breast and colon cancer, and advanced laparoscopic surgery. Expertise including advanced laparoscopy for general surgery, including colon, esophageal and hernia surgery.

Dr. Boman is certified in Advanced Aesthetics by Allergen and certified in Laser Aesthetics. He collaborated in establishing the Esophageal Testing Center for a major hospital system in SouthCoast, Massachusetts and laid the foundation for a bariatric surgery center.

Aside from his medical practice, he launched a Med-Spa with a Wellness Program.

Dr. Boman has been a longstanding hospital contributor, volunteering his time throughout his medical career to committees supervising nutrition services, cancer care, physician credentialing, pain management and blood product usage.

In 2008, Dr. Boman completed Physician Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine, followed by Cenegenics Fellowship Training in Age Management Medicine. Dr. Boman then worked as an Institute Physician at Cenegenics in Las Vegas. In 2011, Dr. Boman founded Cenegenics-Boston to provide this very unique medical service in New England.

Dr. Calapai holds a B.S. in biology from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT, and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University: College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Her post-graduate training included an internship at Miami Heart Institute and a residency in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic (FL and OH). From 2001 to 2005, Dr. Calapai practiced both office and hospital based internal medicine at North Broward Hospital District, and at Holy Cross Medical Group from 2005 to 2007.

Dr. Elissa Calapai is the President of Cenegenics Boca Raton, and has been a licensed physician in age management medicine since 2007. Her extensive experience and passion for helping patients transform their lives make Dr. Calapai a highly sought after age management doctor.

Paul Campion, MD


President, Cenegenics California

Dr. Campion is a Fellow of the American Board of Ophthalmology with medical licenses in California and Nevada. After earning a medical degree from George Washington University, he completed an internal medicine internship at the Huntington Memorial Hospital (in Pasadena, under the auspices of the University of Southern California), followed by an ophthalmology residency at George Washington University. From 1989 to 1993, he was an assistant clinical professor at the California Pacific Medical Center (San Francisco) and later developed a solo ophthalmology/eye wellness practice in Petaluma, CA.

In 2012, Dr. Campion completed the Cenegenics Physician Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine program and became a Cenegenics physician partner in 2013, helping them launch their 22nd age management medicine center, Cenegenics San Francisco. In December 2013, Dr. Campion assumed the role as director to the Beverly Hill Center.

Dr. Campion has been involved in research over the years, working with UCLA’s Department of Oncology, the Smithsonian Institution (National Zoo) and the George Washington University’s Department of Pathology. He also has been seated on several committees, including the Petaluma Valley Hospital Surgery Executive Committee, Bio-ethics Committee, Operating Room Committee, PHO Development Committee and Library/Education Committee.

Proficient in French, Italian and Spanish, Dr. Campion is a known horticulturist specialist in the Bay Area, highly regarded for his hybridization and propagation of peonies.

CB Daniel, MD


President, Cenegenics Phoenix
Practice Development Physician

Dr. Daniel earned his BA in biology at Rhodes College, Memphis, TN, in 1970 and then earned his MD at the University of Tennessee Medical School, Memphis, TN, in 1973, with an internship at Methodist Hospitals of Memphis and residency in internal medicine at Methodist Hospitals of Memphis from 1975-1977.

Dr. Daniel has 34 years of clinical experience in the practice of general internal medicine. He spent four years as Chief Financial Officer at ATMDS, which provides onshore and offshore coding solutions for hospitals and emergency rooms. ATMDS owns, develops and distributes Patient Tracker, an electronic medical records solution that operates on Windows PCs, palm PDAs, pocket PCs and smartphones.

He is chairman of Critical Pathways Committee at Methodist Central Hospital and is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Age Management. His publications include Managing Medicare Claims, Delta Healthcare Management, Memphis, TN, in 1992.

Dr. Daniel has been consulting for fifteen years in matters involving physician documentation of both inpatient and outpatient coding guidelines. Consulting has involved medical records audits for large medical groups and hospital systems.

Dr. Daniel completed the Cenegenics Physician Training and Certification in age management medicine and the Cenegenics fellowship program in 2010 and is currently president of Cenegenics Phoenix.

Garth Denyer, MD


President, Cenegenics Houston

Dr. Denyer graduated from the University of Cape Town in South Africa in 1973. From 1973 until 1978, he completed his residency in internal medicine in South Africa and Canada. In 1981, he moved to The Woodlands, TX, and started the Oaks Medical Center, where most of his practice centered on internal medicine.

Dr. Denyer completed the Cenegenics Physician Training and Certification and opened his office in The Woodlands in 2007. In July 2011, he became a Cenegenics partner and officially opened Cenegenics Houston. In his ongoing quest for knowledge, he has attended many motivational conferences to learn more about positively influencing his patients’ habits to help them change and meet their personal health goals.

Other than his regular resistance and strength training, he plays racquetball and windsurfs in the spring.

Dr. Denyer and the Cenegenics Houston team are committed to providing five-star service and helping patients achieve optimum health and well-being.

Earl Eye, MD, FACCP


President, Cenegenics Jacksonville

Dr. Eye earned his medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine, graduating magna cum laude. He completed internships at Montefiore Hospital (Pittsburgh, PA) and a residency at the University of Florida-Shands Hospital (Jacksonville, FL), followed by infectious diseases, pulmonary diseases and critical care fellowships.

For the past three decades, Dr. Eye was the senior partner at the Clinic for Pulmonary and Infectious Diseases. He also was an associate professor at the University of Florida-Shands Hospital and chairman of the Infectious Disease Committee at Jacksonville’s Methodist Hospital.

Dr. Eye completed the Cenegenics Physician Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine in 2005 and is the President of Cenegenics Jacksonville.

Keith Fleischman, DO


Founding Partner, Cenegenics New York City

Dr. Fleischman, Founding Partner at Cenegenics New York City, has been practicing medicine for over 28 years. He has a lifelong interest in health and fitness.

A graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984, he completed anesthesiology residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ, where he received the Robert Dripps award for the outstanding resident in anesthesiology. He went on to further postgraduate training in obstetric anesthesia and critical care.

Dr. Fleischman has been selected a “Top Doc in NJ” in the field, in a poll of nurses by New Jersey Magazine and held the position of section chief of obstetric anesthesia. He continues to be active in teaching physicians and medical students, and has an association with Robert Wood Johnson medical school as such.

From childhood he had exposure to yoga practice and philosophy and trained in martial arts – achieving level of black belt proficiency. He continues to be active in both. Presently, he still plays and coaches soccer. It is the ability to enable people to achieve lifelong health and fitness – developing and maintaining their ability to perform at their highest level – that fuels his passion for Age Management Medicine. He has experienced personally the difference that a proactive approach to aging can make and this personal success has fueled his passion.

Dr. Fleischman loves travel, scuba diving, skiing, and hiking. Married to a Brazilian American, he has a home in Brazil and speaks fluent Portuguese. He is also conversant in Spanish.

Lynn Flowers, MD


Center Physician, Cenegenics Atlanta

Dr. Flowers completed medical school at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. After an internship in general surgery, he went on to complete the residency in emergency medicine at the Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he served as Chief Resident. During his residency, he joined the US Navy Reserves and went on active duty after training. Dr. Flowers has also served as clinical faculty for the US Navy, Eastern Virginia Medical School and for Emory University School of Medicine.

He developed a passion for health and wellness as a part of the military culture where health and physical fitness are a way of life. Through his personal journey, he began to research a new way to practice medicine that focused on wellness medicine, prevention and early detection of disease.

He completed Cenegenics Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine in 2014 and provides patients personalized Elite Health Programs built on evidence-based, cutting edge science to help them achieve peak vitality at any age.

Dr. Flowers’ certifications include the American Board of Emergency Medicine and the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Raymond Ishman, MD


President, Cenegenics Philadelphia

Director of Quality Assurance, Cenegenics Elite Health
Dr. Ishman pursued an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, subsequently doing a residency in family medicine at Geisinger Medical Center and becoming board certified. He then focused on a career in emergency medicine, eventually becoming board certified in emergency medicine, as well. After nearly 20 years in the emergency room, Dr. Ishman shifted his focus back to primary care and preventive medicine. His goals are to keep patients well and prevent disease, rather than trying to deal with full-blown medical problems that could be prevented. In other words, keeping patients out of the emergency room.

Dr. Ishman began working with Cenegenics in 2006, completing the AMA-accredited Physician Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine. He then began growing his practice into what would ultimately become Cenegenics Philadelphia.

Dr. Ishman became a member of the Leadership Team in 2013 and serves as the Director of Quality Medical assurance for Cenegenics Elite Health.

Robert Ledda, MD


Center Physician, Cenegenics Las Vegas

Dr. Ledda graduated in 1990 from UT Southwestern Medical School and is a board certified emergency medicine physician in Soldotna, Alaska. He is an Alaskan pilot and owner of All Alaska Outdoors, where he conducts weekly lectures on health and wellness and age management medicine protocols.

Dr. Ledda first became interested in age management medicine as an avenue to improve his own health and well-being. After 20 years of practicing full-time emergency medicine while building and managing All Alaska Outdoors, he realized his age was finally catching up with him. At age 45, the aches and pains in the morning were finally starting to set in. Despite the fact that he was regularly exercising, the middle-aged bulge had found his midsection.

Dr. Ledda completed Cenegenics Physician Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine in 2013 and is seeing patients in Las Vegas as part of his ongoing fellowship. He is preparing to open a Cenegenics affiliate location in Soldotna, Alaska, in the very near future.

Julie McCallen, MD


President, Cenegenics Denver

After earning an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Cornell University, Dr. McCallen received her M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1990. She completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Wyoming-Casper in 1993, and served as a civilian physician with the Air Force in emergency medicine for 3 years.

Dr. McCallen is board-certified in family medicine, a member of the Endocrine Society, the International Hormone Society, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Age Management Medicine Group.

From 1996 to 2009, Dr. McCallen’s solo rural family practice in southwestern Colorado focused on wellness and corrective hormone therapy. In 2005, she joined Cenegenics, moving to Denver in 2009 to establish Cenegenics Denver. In 2013, she became part of the Leadership Team for Cenegenics.

Shahab Mokhtare, MD


Partner, Cenegenics Las Vegas

After attaining a bachelor of science from the University of California Irvine, Dr. Mokhtare earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, one of the largest medical educators in the world.

He went on to complete a family medicine practice at the University Of Nevada School Of Medicine, followed by training and certification in age management medicine via the global leaders in the field, Cenegenics.

Early in his career, Dr. Mokhtare realized his passion for preventive medicine and patient care—seeing age management medicine as a perfect fit. He became a Cenegenics physician in 2010 and became a partner at the Cenegenics Las Vegas center a year later.

Committed to walking the walk, Dr. Mokhtare is an avid CrossFit athlete who follows a Paleolithic nutritional diet. His goal is to guide patients to a new level of health and fitness, helping them stave off age-related disease.

Bhavesh Patel, MD

Dr. Patel graduated from Rush Medical College (Chicago, IL) in 1999, and completed his residency at UIC / Illinois Masonic Medical Center (Chicago) in 2002. He practiced extensively in the Chicago area with Advocate Healthcare, Dreyer Medical Group, and Physicians Immediate Care.

In 2007, Bhavesh moved to New York to take advantage of an opportunity to work as a Research Analyst for the investment bank, Rodman and Renshaw. There, he attended the top medical conferences, spoke with Key Opinion Leaders, analyzed drug data and researched the cutting edge of biotechnology.

Dr. Patel is board certified in family medicine and age management medicine. After completing the Cenegenics Physician Training and Certification, he opened the Cenegenics Chicago center in November 2009. Since then he has helped hundreds of patients achieve lasting wellness.

Bhavesh continues to stay connected to “traditional” medicine. Doing so allows Dr. Patel to continue to grow as a physician who can treat disease when it happens, while also working on preventing disease in the first place.

Bina Patel, MD


Partner, Cenegenics Las Vegas

Dr. Patel received her medical degree from the University of Southampton Medical School in Southampton, England. Dr. Patel moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she completed an internship in internal medicine at Hahnemann University Hospital, followed by a residency in internal medicine at Temple University Hospital. Completed fellowship in Integrative Medicine at University of Arizona.

Dr. Patel is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine.

From 1994 to 1995, Dr. Patel was an assistant professor of medicine at Temple University Hospital. She then became an attending physician at the Carle Clinic Association in Bloomington, Illinois. While there, she was also an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

In 1999, she served as staff physician for the Diagnostic Center of Medicine in Henderson, Nevada, and entered private practice in Las Vegas the following year.

Dr. Patel completed Physician Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine, sponsored by Cenegenics Education and Research Foundation (CERF).

After training and certification in age management medicine, Dr. Patel chose to practice proactive medicine at Cenegenics, where she helps patients enjoy youthful aging and a life filled with vigor and vitality.

John Rush, MD, FACEP, MBA, MHA


President, Cenegenics Washington, D.C.

Dr. Rush attained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Integrated Life Sciences from Kent State University (Kent, Ohio), and then earned his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (Rootstown, Ohio). He went on to complete an emergency medicine internship and residency at Loma Linda University (Loma Linda, California) and became board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Rush also graduated from Pfeiffer University (Charlotte, North Carolina), completing an executive MBA/MHA program. He has completed Physician Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine, jointly sponsored by The Cenegenics Education and Research Foundation (CERF) and the Foundation for Care Management (FCM).

His medical executive positions have included chief financial officer at Wake Emergency Physicians, vice president of Medical Affairs at Coastal Physician Services (NYSE: DR), medical director at CIGNA Healthcare (NYSE: CI), senior vice president of Health Services at PacificCare Health Systems (NYSE: PHS), and chief medical officer at Hanger Orthopedic Group, Inc. (NYSE: HGR).

Most recently, Dr. Rush opened Cenegenics Washington, D.C. where he is the President.

Dr. Rush has a passion for medical paradigms that create superior patient care and offer the best hope for optimized health. He lectures and uses social media extensively to extol the virtues of health and wellness; he practices what he preaches.

George Shapiro, MD


President, Cenegenics New York City

Dr. Shapiro has been a practicing physician for 25 years specializing in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and age management medicine. He completed his training and spent his early career at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, focusing on cardiovascular disease management, including congestive heart failure and heart transplantation.

Dr. Shapiro grew a large, successful private practice in Scarsdale, NY, where he currently sees patients daily. Always challenged by the need to innovate medicine, Dr. Shapiro has patented medical devices, as well as explored and innovated new medical protocols. This led him to a career in age management medicine, focusing on the prevention of heart disease and stroke, including regenerative medicine and improving longevity.

Today, he has a second practice located at 40 Wall Street, where he is a founding partner of Cenegenics New York City, serving some of the most powerful leaders in business and society from around the world with age management treatments.

Dr. Shapiro is active in 13 medical societies, is a speaker for the Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG) and serves on the panel for the AMMG planning committee. He was chosen as the Chief Medical Officer for the NFL Alumni’s Optimal Bowl and Wellness Challenge, a one of a kind wellness competition, web TV documentary series, social media and publicity campaign to promote methods of improving one’s wellness to the general public. The not-for-profit project also serves as a fundraiser for youth oriented charities supported by the NFL Alumni.

He serves as an Emergency Responder with multiple roles including physician/firefighter for the Ardsley Volunteer Fire Department and is a member of the Westchester County Department of Special Operations HAZ-MAT team, where he is an Advanced HAZ-MAT Technician.

He has completed extensive training through the New York State Division of Fire Prevention and Control and U.S. Department of Homeland Security Center for Domestic Preparedness in many programs including weapons of mass destruction and incident response to terrorist bombings at the Energetic Materials Research and Testing Center.

His passion for optimizing wellness and managing aging serves him well as he has a large family of 5 children and lovely wife, Celeste.

Patrick Sharp, DO


President, Cenegenics Tulsa

Dr. Sharp graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy and earned his D.O. degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a family practice medicine residency at Oklahoma State University.

He practiced his specialty at several hospital groups: St Francis Hospital, South Crest Hospital and Ardent Health Systems. In 2004, he completed the Cenegenics Physician Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine and added a part-time Cenegenics physician affiliate practice to his existing family practice.

By January 2010, Dr. Sharp entered age management medicine and the study of nutrition, exercise and hormone replacement therapy for men and women full time, in partnership with Cenegenics.

Like other Cenegenics physicians, Dr. Sharp walks the walk. He is a longtime fitness aficionado with a 4th degree black belt in karate, 3rd degree black belt in Ketsugo Ju-Jitsu and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

President, Cenegenics Park City

A long way from NYC, where she was born, schooled and trained, Dr. Singer brought her knowledge and experience from the challenges of inner city patient care to beautiful Park City, where she provides patients with cutting edge technology and individualized care. Dr. Singer is board certified in OB/GYN with her undergraduate degree from S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook. She attended medical school at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and practiced her residency at L.I.C.H. in Brooklyn, New York, from 1993 – 1997.

Dr. Singer completed Cenegenics Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine in 2013 and is Utah’s only Cenegenics physician. She provides customized programs to help patients achieve their health, vitality and wellness goals every day.

Dr. Singer is Board certified by A.B.O.G. and an ACOG fellow. She is an associate member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, trustee for the Utah Medical Association and secretary/treasurer for the Summit and Wasatch County Medical Society.

Claudia Villate, MD


President, Cenegenics Puerto Rico

Dr. Villate completed her internship and residency of internal medicine at George Washington University Hospital, in Washington, D.C., where she was selected Chief Resident in the Department of Internal Medicine. After becoming Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Villate moved to Puerto Rico and served as staff physician at the Auxilio Mutuo and Pavia Hospitals. She also worked for AeroJet Medical Services, transferring critically ill patients all over the world. Concurrently, she became a certified medical review officer, spending two years working in the field of preventive and occupational medicine for important corporations operating in Puerto Rico.

Dr. Villate became Staff Internist at the Veterans Administration Hospital in San Juan for 4 years and, in addition to her clinical duties she served as professor for the Internal Medicine Residency Program of that institution. As chairman of Quality Performance at the VA Hospital, her objectives were always directed towards age management and preventive medicine for the aging veterans.

Dr. Villate is Board certified in internal medicine, Board certified in age management medicine, member of the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine, of the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Bariatric Medicine.

At present, she is Director of Medicine and Age Management at the CV Age Management & Internal Medicine, P.S.C., located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Dr. Villate’s holistic approach encompasses both traditional medicine and age management medicine with state of the art bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. This combined approach, coupled with diet and exercise, is the way to a better and more productive “quality of life”. Her individualized approach and compassionate style addresses the needs of both men and women, by providing outstanding preventive medical care, which results in the improvement of quality of life.

Rolf Wallin, MD


Center Physician

Dr. Wallin earned his bachelor of arts degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in 1984 and completed his anesthesiology residency in 1987 at UNC Hospital. He then finished a fellowship year in cardiothoracic anesthesia, spending time at both UNC Hospital and Duke University Hospital. He went to Fayetteville, N.C., and started a new cardiac surgery program, coordinating the development of both the cardiac OR’s and the cardiac ICU.  After several years, he transitioned to outpatient anesthesia, where, as president of the practice, he serves both in an administrative and clinical capacity. Dr. Wallin has chosen to make this exciting new field of age management medicine his primary focus.

Dr. Wallin has been a board certified anesthesiologist for 28 years, whose interest in age management medicine began several years ago. His interest in age management medicine brought him to Cenegenics, where he completed the Cenegenics Physician Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine.

Although he has had a lifelong interest in health and fitness, he was 51 years old when he ran his first marathon and 53 when he did a half/full marathon double. He has completed the 500-600 mile Cycle NC ride four times.  He continues to pursue weight, cardio and yoga training.

Dr. Wallin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology, and a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the North Carolina Society of Anesthesiologists, the North Carolina Medical Society and the Age Management Medicine Group.

Dr. Weiss graduated from Wayne State University (B.S. Psychology), U.A.G. and Rutgers Medical and finished his residency at UCSD Medical Center. He subsequently entered private practice.

In 1985, Dr. Weiss established Personalized Medical Weight Loss Centers. He was also the founder and CEO of Southern California Men’s Centers.

With a lifelong interest in preventative medicine, in 1995, he founded the Wellness and Longevity Medical Group of La Jolla, Inc.

Dr. Weiss is a diplomate of the American Board of Bariatric Medicine (ABBM), a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG), American Academy of Male Sexual Health (AAMSH), and staff physician for Cenegenics, accumulating more than 20 years of clinical experience.

He is also certified and trained in cosmetic and laser medicine for aesthetic enhancement, and has been performing these aesthetic procedures for over 10 years.

Dr. Weiss uses cutting edge, integrative approaches to help his patients achieve optimal health and well-being. This method incorporates the best of both conventional and integrative (complimentary) medicine, slowing down the aging process by returning hormone levels to a more youthful state.
