Results

I got my stamina. I wasn't as lethargic. I was excited. I had my go-getting personality. I wasn't exhausted anymore. I was sleeping much better. Before that, I was not in a good headspace, and I think Cenegenics brought me back to that… Because even though you think you might be good, which I did, and I had my spouse, and family, and friends telling me that I needed to change something, that I wasn't the same way, you can still be a better version of yourself, you just don't know yet.

I think that it’s probably undervalued how important it is to come as a couple.

And, then you hold each other accountable somewhat too. I mean it’s like, “Did you workout today?” or “Come on, go ahead!” Or, she’ll get on the bike, or do some exercising and I go, “Alright.” Because we have the apps on the watch and it will go, “Oh, Rose just hit her goal.” And then, “Okay.”

And, he’ll yell into the other room, “I’m proud of you!”

So there’s a certain level of support and competitiveness, and it helps drive the results.

Before, I had no focus. I can actually do my work, and get it done at a reasonable time. Before, it was taking me forever. I couldn’t think. I couldn’t remember. I couldn’t exercise the way I’m exercising. Actually, I’m healthier now than I was when I was 40. I actually feel the same as I did when I was in my 20s. And, that’s the phenomenal thing.

Over the last eight years since I’ve been coming, my energy level has had a huge tremendous effect in my business. I run three companies, travel quite a bit, very busy. I’ve got three children. Two of them are in college, one still in high school. I’m pretty active. So it definitely helps. If anything, it’s a life-changing experience. I’ve lived it. I’ve seen it. I’ve been a part of it.
