How do I get access to the app?
To access the app, you need an invitation. That invitation asks you to create a password. If you haven’t received an invitation, please contact your Patient Experience Coordinator.

How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by opening the app, going to the sign-in screen, and selecting “Forgot password?”. That will send an email for you to reset your password.

Who gets access to the app?
The Cenegenics app is only for Cenegenics patients. If you enrolled in a Cenegenics program and haven’t gotten access to it, contact your Patient Experience Coordinator. If you were previously a Cenegenics patient and aren’t any longer, you can reactivate your membership and get access to the app. If you want to reactivate your membership, contact your prior center or call us at 866-240-0035.

- If you have access to the app, we suggest using the app to contact your Client Services Coordinator. Go to the messages tab and send a message from there.

Monday through Friday
6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Pacific TimeSaturday and Sunday
7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time
