Patrick Sharp, DO

President - Cenegenics Tulsa

Dr. Sharp graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy and earned his D.O. degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also completed a family practice medicine residency at Oklahoma State University. He practiced his specialty at several hospital groups: St Francis Hospital, South Crest Hospital, and Ardent Health Systems.

In 2004, he completed the Cenegenics Physician Training and Certification in Age Management Medicine and added a part-time Cenegenics physician affiliate practice to his existing family practice. By January 2010, Dr. Sharp entered age management medicine and the study of nutrition, exercise, and hormone replacement therapy for men and women full-time, in partnership with Cenegenics. Like other Cenegenics physicians, Dr. Sharp walks the walk. He is a longtime fitness aficionado with a 4th-degree black belt in karate, a 3rd-degree black belt in Ketsugo Jiu-Jitsu, and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Kala Omstead, DO

Center Physician - Cenegenics Tulsa

Dr. Kala Omstead graduated with honors from The University of Tulsa where she received her undergraduate degree in Pre-Med with a minor in Chemistry. She then attended medical school at the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine where she received her degree as an Osteopathic Physician in 1994. She completed her internship and residency in Tulsa at the Oklahoma State University Medical Center. She has been affiliated with several local hospitals throughout her medical career including Saint Francis Hospital, Southcrest Hospital, Hillcrest South Hospital, and Oklahoma State University Medical Center. Dr. Omstead has been practicing medicine in Tulsa for over 23 years. She furthered her medical education and training to include Age Management Medicine in 2014. She now practices both Family Medicine and Age Management Medicine including the study of nutrition, exercise, the use of supplements and vitamins, and hormonal replacement as an affiliate physician with Cenegenics.

Mark McKenna

Performance Health Coach - Cenegenics Tulsa

Mark McKenna has been with Cenegenics since 2013, starting at the Boston, MA location, where he advised executive-level clients on nutrition, exercise, supplementation, and hormone optimization. He conducted diagnostic tests, such as DEXA, Vo2 Max, and Resting Metabolic Rate. In 2020, he transitioned to the remote team, supporting centers in Alaska, Tulsa, Connecticut, and Washington DC. Promoted to Remote Team Lead in 2021, he holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Health Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, with over 10 years of personal training experience.

Porshue joined Cenegenics in 2022. She is a dedicated and accomplished client service professional with extensive experience supporting various complex groups and facilities. Dedicated to excellence in day-to-day interactions with patients, physicians, and the Cenegenics team, Porshue loves helping patients improve their lives. Loyalty, dependability, and excellent work ethic are areas of pride, and she also has strong organizational and strategic thinking skills to support the operations of Cenegenics.
