Dr. Jeffrey Park Leake is a Senior Institute Physician at Cenegenics and serves as Director of Education for the Cenegenics Education & Research Foundation, where he plays a foundational role in shaping the science, standards, and future of Age Management Medicine worldwide. A recognized authority in longevity medicine, Dr. Leake has trained more than 800 physicians globally and is the author of the Textbook of Age Management Medicine, Volumes I & II—the most comprehensive reference in the field, supported by over 3,500 peer-reviewed citations.
Dr. Leake earned his undergraduate degree in molecular genetics from The Ohio State University, where he also conducted research in oxalate metabolism within the Department of Physiological Chemistry. He later taught biochemistry to first-year medical students at The Ohio State University College of Medicine before completing his Doctor of Medicine degree at OSU.
He went on to complete his residency in anesthesiology at The Ohio State University Hospital, serving as Chief Resident and later joining the faculty as a Clinical Instructor in Anesthesiology. Following board certification, Dr. Leake spent 27 years in clinical anesthesiology practice at Harrison Medical Center in Washington, where he became the institution’s first Director of Surgical Services—an experience that refined his leadership, systems thinking, and commitment to clinical excellence.
In 2009, Dr. Leake transitioned from anesthesiology to full-time practice in Age Management Medicine at Cenegenics, aligning his clinical work with his lifelong interest in physiology, exercise science, and human performance. As Director of Education, he has been instrumental in developing Cenegenics’ physician training curriculum and advancing evidence-based longevity medicine across the organization.
Dr. Leake’s approach to care reflects both scientific rigor and lived experience. He holds professional certifications as a personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association and as a nutrition specialist through Precision Nutrition. His personal fitness regimen includes weight training, plyometrics, sprint interval training, yoga, equestrian sports, and Krav Maga, embodying the performance principles he teaches and practices.
A member of the Endocrine Society and the International Menopause Society, Dr. Leake exemplifies the Cenegenics mission: physician-led, data-driven longevity care—rooted in science, elevated through education, and focused on helping individuals perform at their highest level across the lifespan.
