There, she specialized in post-rehabilitation training, medical fitness, and corporate wellness, helping individuals recover from injury, surgery, or illness and build sustainable performance and resilience.
With a background rooted in athletics, Brynna understands firsthand that strategic training and precision nutrition are essential to building strength, efficiency, and longevity. Her methodology integrates corrective exercise, strength development, yoga, Pilates, and powerlifting principles to improve mobility, metabolic health, and long-term vitality.
