Dr. Ali Khalil is a board-certified gastroenterology consultant, Head of the Gastroenterology Division at Aman Hospital, and a physician at Cenegenics at Aman Clinics in Doha, Qatar. With more than 19 years of clinical and academic experience, he specializes in gastroenterology, hepatology, advanced endoscopy, and the diagnosis and treatment of complex digestive conditions. His clinical expertise includes interventional endoscopic procedures, inflammatory bowel disease management, liver disease, pediatric endoscopy, gastrointestinal motility disorders, and minimally invasive endoscopic approaches to weight management.
Dr. Khalil completed advanced medical training in France, including a fellowship in invasive biliopancreatic and interventional endoscopic techniques. He holds French board certifications in gastroenterology, hepatology, endoscopic ultrasound, pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition, and motility disorders. In addition to his clinical leadership, Dr. Khalil has held academic appointments at Lebanese University and Hôpital Saint Philibert in Lille, France. He is an active educator and researcher whose work has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and international medical conferences. Dr. Khalil speaks Arabic, English, and French.
