Dr. Henry Cátala is a board-certified physician whose clinical expertise uniquely spans Infectious Diseases and Age Management Medicine—bringing a deep understanding of immune health, systemic inflammation, and preventive longevity care to his members. His background allows him to approach aging through a highly scientific, risk-aware lens, particularly in the prevention of chronic disease and immune-related decline.
Dr. Cátala earned his medical degree from the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, where he also served as a Student Senate member. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in San Juan, followed by a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital—one of the nation’s leading centers for advanced infectious disease training.
In addition to his board certification in Infectious Diseases, Dr. Cátala is certified in Age Management Medicine and Anti-Aging Medicine. He is an active member of the Age Management Medicine Group, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American College of Physicians, and the Infectious Diseases Society of America, reflecting his commitment to evidence-based, interdisciplinary care.
