His expertise includes advanced diagnostics such as DEXA, VO₂ max, and resting metabolic rate testing, translating clinical data into targeted, measurable performance strategies.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Health Science and certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Mark combines scientific rigor with practical coaching experience. In 2020, he transitioned to the remote performance team, supporting multiple centers nationwide, and was promoted to Remote Team Lead in 2021, reflecting his leadership and commitment to operational excellence.
