Nathan Brown combines advanced academic training with applied performance science to help members optimize metabolic health, mobility, and long-term vitality. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from Northeastern Illinois University, where his graduate research focused on the impact of nutrition and exercise on inflammatory biomarkers, chronic disease prevention, and human performance. Nate is also a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach and Certified Ironman Coach, bringing specialized expertise in endurance performance, metabolic efficiency, and body composition optimization.
Before stepping into his role as a Performance Health Coach, Nathan served as an Exercise Physiologist, guiding members through data-driven weight loss, mobility restoration, and lifestyle optimization programs. An active member of the American College of Sports Medicine, International Society of Sports Nutrition, and American Society for Nutrition, he integrates evidence-based strategies to support sustainable performance and healthy aging.
Outside the clinic, Nathan enjoys golf, skiing, strength training, and time with his wife, daughters, and their labradoodle. A former collegiate baseball player, he has also completed multiple full Ironman triathlons and enjoys attending Chicago Cubs games, playing golf, and diving deep into all things science.
